We’re a Management Consultancy.
We specialise in improving the management of risk in major Defence programmes.
We believe that enhancing security and supporting the rules-based International order is critical to our freedom and way of life in the UK, and we want to make the successful delivery of the programmes that achieve that aim more reliable.
We’ve got experience of working on some of the highest value UK government programmes, including numerous Category A, Government and Defence Major Projects Portfolio activities.
